Commitee participation is one of the best ways to network, make friends, and benefit from all of the Chamber's opportunities! Involvement shows your company's support of the Chamber, plus it's a great way to reach out to both a target group and the entire membership.

Marketing and Public Relations Committee

This committee focuses on all communications originating from the Chamber. Their goal is to ensure that all Chamber publications are professional and are branded in a manner to best enhance the lasting image of the Chamber. Read More

Deals with issues that impact the Town of Branford as is relates to government, economic and business development. It interfaces with the town's Economic Development Commission. Read More

Membership Committee

Will discuss membership recruitment and retention strategies. Actively works with new members to help them acclimate to the Branford Chamber. Read More

Women in Business Committee

This committee meets to discuss issues of interest to women actively engaged in the workforce. Read more

Special Projects Committee

Assists the Chamber with the planning of individual events such as the Annual Dinner, Men of Branford Calendar, Cabaret, among others.

Branford Festival Craft and Community Expo Committee

Coordinate all aspects of the Saturday Craft and Community Expo at the annual Branford Festival. Read more

Shoreline Young Professionals

This loosely configured group combines young professional throughout the entire shoreline and often New Haven who meet on a monthly basis for the purpose of socializing and networking.

Program Development

The mission of this committee is "to embrace the impossible". Typically this committee has members who have been on the Chamber for a period of time. Its primary objective is to be a brainstorming group that is designed to develop new events, programs or events. In addition, the group represents a place for members to bounce their ideas off of seasoned Chamber members. The group will review current programs and committees and makes recommendations to the Board for changes or new initiatives.
